Client has a good case for TRO and Injunction to Stop the Foreclosure……are you ready to assist them on a moments notice?

There are some good cases that are ripe for a temporary restraining order when dealing in the area of foreclosure defense. And we get a lot of calls from people wanting to look into this. Main problems are 1. People call at the LAST MINUTE, 2. They call after the house is already sold or 3. They do not have valid good faith grounds to file a lawsuit and 4. They do not have a strategy of what they are going to do if the sale is put on hold.

Yet, when you have a good case for TRO or Injunction (ex. TILA rescission, failure to follow the foreclosure laws, notary fraud/forged signatures on critical foreclosure documents etc.) you want to make sure you are ready to respond. These can be profitable cases where the right case presents itself. If you need to know what the Courts are looking for when you go for the TRO, and want to hear some first hand experience of how the judges are responding to these issues, and what happens if someone is facing an eviction action, then this is information you will want to hear.

We have secured a good number of TRO’s and our seminar will share some tips, tricks, strategies and insights to help you get the TRO.
